Hey, I'm James. Welcome to Jamo Creates Stuff.
By day, I've spent over a decade working as a Quality Engineer for Sikorsky. That means rigorous standards, tight tolerances, and absolute precision aren't just buzzwords for me—they are quite literally my day job. By night, I bring that exact same mindset into my workshop.

From Player to Creator
This shop started because I wanted better gear for the hobbies I love. As a highly active MTG player and a Dungeon Master, I started designing and 3D-printing accessories that I actually wanted to use at the table—like the Drip Dial life counters and curating Foil & Fortune mystery boxes.
What started as a personal quest to upgrade the tabletop experience quickly expanded into custom woodworking and precision laser engraving. To keep up with the builds, I completely renovated a three-season sunroom at my home in Connecticut into a dedicated, year-round workshop. Now, every single piece of gear, custom tumbler, and wooden deck box is designed, tested, and produced right out of that shop.
Outside the Shop
When I'm not dialing in a 3D printer, writing code for a new project, or getting sawdust everywhere, you can usually find me spending time with my wife and our two boys, or out on the ice playing hockey.
